Write the Naming Convention Down

A naming convention that lives only in your head will not stick. Write the answers in one place the bot opens every run: project rules, a NAMING.md, or the agent instructions.

Keep it short. Cover what gets named (files, folders, tasks, accounts, tags), which words and separators are allowed, and what to do when a name is wrong.
