What's New in Bots: Oct 28, 2026
Grok Bot gave its Vault a payments tab, Anthropic started letting Max users into Claude Duet, and OpenAI brought Oracle into ChatGPT, so here is what is new in bots.
Grok Bot: 0.77 and 0.75.8
The latest Grok Bot changelog (v0.77.0, Oct 26) adds a Payments tab to the Vault, where you pick the card your bots use first and still approve every purchase. 1Password now connects without a shared vault: you approve each login in 1Password and it fills the bot's browser without the bot seeing it. You can also import memory from another assistant into your primary bot, and new Order Concierge and Deal Watcher templates track orders, refunds and coupons without buying anything on their own. Team Bots can now message other Team Bots from a DM. The week before, 0.75.8 let you add auto-review rules right in chat. If you are buying with bots, the Payments tab is the one to set up today.
Claude: Duet invites go out
Claude Duet's lead Karan Ahuja posted on Day 6 that all US Max subscribers are coming off the waitlist first, with lots of invites out Oct 26 and 27 and more this week. ChatGPT: Oracle apps
OpenAI expanded its Oracle partnership on Oct 27 to bring Oracle applications and data into ChatGPT, with sign-in and access governed by each company's own permissions. Oracle says it has 130,000 active ChatGPT users and more than 95,000 on Codex. It is one more reason a CRM still matters for bots: the bot is only as good as the system of record it can reach.
Microsoft Copilot: Dropbox files
Dropbox's integration for Microsoft Copilot is now on every Dropbox plan, per Technobezz, so teams can pull project files into Copilot and save CSVs and other text output back to Dropbox. A Copilot license is still required.
