Brief Your Bot With Goal, Context, and Done

Before you hand a bot real work, write three short lines. Goal: what you want and why. Context: the files, people, deadlines, and history the bot cannot guess. Done: what finished looks like, and what you want handed back.
A weak ask is "clean up the newsletter list." A useful one reads: Goal, a clean list before the next send. Context, the list is in the shared sheet, bounces are in last week's send report, and the VIP tab stays untouched. Done, a cleaned tab, a count of what was removed, and a note on anything unclear.
Thirty extra seconds on the brief saves a round of back and forth. The full approach is in A Guide to Working With Your Bot, and more short lessons live in BotStaffer Tips.
