Surface Timely List Mail in Batches

Do not ask the bot to forward every list email. Ask for a small batch of the timely ones: a launch, a leadership hire, an event the prospect is hosting, or other news that changes what you might say. About ten items is a good first batch. Start with a Batch of Ten.
